Glucose-specific GDH-NAD chemistry minimizes interference from more than 65 medications and substances. Safe for use on patients receiving maltose-containing peritoneal dialysis solutions (including icodextrin) and intravenous immunoglobulin preparations. Individually foil-wrapped and barcoded test strips help protect against contamination and reduce the chance of using expired strips. Test starts only when an adequate blood sample is obtained. Small blood sample for glucose test - just 0.6µL.
